She also works as a Digital Marketer at a company called Comarketers\, leveraging her expertise to enhance her music career. \n\n\n\nInternational Debut (London\, UK): On the 19th of November \n\n\n\n2025\, Qaqamba reached a global milestone\, performing her first international gig at the legendary Fabric London for the Bridges For Music Academy Fundraising Gala Dinner. \n\n\n\nHer notable performances include FAME Week Africa\, Villa Viva\, and The Expresso Show on SABC 3. She was recognized by Bridges for Music Academy and performed at their Ultra Bridges Academy Gala Dinner with artists like Dr Dizu Plaatjies and uMsaki. Her achievements include TV appearances and nominations for the Basadi in Music Awards 2023. She has performed at Flame Studios Constitution Hill\, The Joburg Theatre\, and opened for Zahara at The Botanik Social House. SUMMARY:Selective Live rooftop Live Music experience with Bheki Khoza
DESCRIPTION:Bheki Khoza is the well-known left handed guitarist from Umlazi\, Durban\, South Africa. In 1991 he received a Talent Award and scholarship to study music in America. He returned in 1995 from studying at the University of Hartford\, Connecticut\, with the great Jackie McClean\, on of the few living legends. \n\n\n\nSome of the musicians he held the opportunity to play with included Kenny Barron\, Hilton Ruiz\, Kirk Ligtsey\, Cecil McBee\, Virgil Jones\, Charlces Davis and Steve Davis\, who now Anarchy\, a jam club for African music\, in particular. Gigs stemming from the African connection included backing vocalist FLoxy Bee from Nigeria and Thuli Dumakude\, a singer from South Africa\, of Mabatha Fame. \n\n\n\nPrior to studying in America\, Bheki played with the African Jazz Pioneers\, Abie Cindi\, Sipho Gumede\, Winston Mankunku Ngozi\, Rene McClean\, Victor Ntoni\, Mike Makhalemala\, George Lee\, and Berry Rachabane\, among others. He also backed South Africa’s famous songbirds\, Sibongile Khumalo\, Sophic Mgina\, Dolly Rathebe\, Abigail Kubheka\, and Themi Mtshani. During this time Bheki also had his own band Thayima\, which played jazz and African music directly addressing the social conditions of the late 1980’s for this reason the band was never recorded. \n\n\n\nDoors open at 3pm and show starts at 6pm.

SUMMARY:Bheki Khoza
DESCRIPTION:Bheki Khoza is the well-known left handed guitarist from Umlazi\, Durban\, South Africa. In 1991 he received a Talent Award and scholarship to study music in America. He returned in 1995 from studying at the University of Hartford\, Connecticut\, with the great Jackie McClean\, on of the few living legends. \n\n\n\nSome of the musicians he held the opportunity to play with included Kenny Barron\, Hilton Ruiz\, Kirk Ligtsey\, Cecil McBee\, Virgil Jones\, Charlces Davis and Steve Davis\, who now Anarchy\, a jam club for African music\, in particular. Gigs stemming from the African connection included backing vocalist FLoxy Bee from Nigeria and Thuli Dumakude\, a singer from South Africa\, of Mabatha Fame. \n\n\n\nPrior to studying in America\, Bheki played with the African Jazz Pioneers\, Abie Cindi\, Sipho Gumede\, Winston Mankunku Ngozi\, Rene McClean\, Victor Ntoni\, Mike Makhalemala\, George Lee\, and Berry Rachabane\, among others. He also backed South Africa’s famous songbirds\, Sibongile Khumalo\, Sophic Mgina\, Dolly Rathebe\, Abigail Kubheka\, and Themi Mtshani. During this time Bheki also had his own band Thayima\, which played jazz and African music directly addressing the social conditions of the late 1980’s for this reason the band was never recorded. \n\n\n\nDoors open at 6pm and show starts at 8pm.

This project seeks to open a sonic discourse on questions of song\, belonging and collective memory towards igniting societal values through song (ingoma). \n\n\n\nKwaNongoma will draw its repertoires from two recently released albums by these longtime collaborators: Ingoma Busuku (2025) and iLadi (2024). He started experimenting with music in 2005 and since then he has been composing and \n\n\n\nindependently releasing his own music from locally produced singles\, EPs and albums some of which has been played on \n\n\n\nnational radio stations such as Radio 2000\, Umhlobo Wenene FM and TruFM and on local radio stations like KQFM and \n\n\n\nBayFM.. Joliza released his first commercial project titled“Bhacasoul Experience” on the 5th of May 2023. A 5– song EP \n\n\n\ndistributed through Platoon. Although his music reflects some elements of Afro soul\, jazz and maskandi\, Joliza calls his music \n\n\n\nBhaca soul music\, a genre which leans more on traditional Bhaca rhythm elements of“ukucwiya” (spiritual singing)\,“ukuvalela” \n\n\n\n(spiritual humming) and“ukusina” (spiritual dancing).
