In the midst of our busy lives\, silent grief\, and the pressure to move \n\n\n\non too quickly\, SELAH offers a moment to pause\, breathe\, and feel. \n\n\n\nBring your person with you — this is not something to experience alone. \n\n\n\nSouth Africa was first introduced to CHOSI through her viral Idols SA audition\, where she \n\n\n\nperformed her original hit single Ntinga alongside the indigenous uhadi instrument. Born in the \n\n\n\nheart of KwaZakhele Township in Port Elizabeth\, CHOSI creates music that feels like memory\, \n\n\n\nprayer\, and protest all at once. \n\n\n\nRooted in the rhythms of the Zion church and raised in a home filled with song\, her sound is a \n\n\n\nsoulful meeting point between jazz\, nesingqi\, and storytelling. What began as poetry shaped by the \n\n\n\nsocio-political realities around her evolved into music that carries both tenderness and truth. \n\n\n\nFrom stages across South Africa to composing for international film productions\, CHOSI’s artistry \n\n\n\nflows like a river — deeply African\, spiritually grounded\, and impossible to ignore. \n\n\n\nNow based in Johannesburg\, CHOSI returns to the city where her musical journey first began with \n\n\n\nSELAH — an intimate evening of reflection\, stillness\, and soul-stirring sound.
