Her move to Cape Town in 2013 led her to the AFM Church worship team and the Youth Movement (YOGIM). She continued to collaborate with various artists like Ayanda Ntanzi and Siwaphiwe Kweyama. Now it’s time to give her the stage she deserves. Get ready to be swept away by her soulful voice and infectious energy! \n\n\n\nHlombeHlombe is a 25-year-old multidisciplinary artist known for her captivating Afro Soul and African Jazz music. Hlombe’s musical journey began in her primary school choir\, and her passion has only grown since then. In 2015\, she joined the Rainbow Arts Organisation\, where she honed her skills in music composition and theatre. Hlombe believes that her music is a gift from her ancestors\, a means of communicating with the world. Her songs often reflect her spiritual journey\, reminding us that we are never alone\, even in our moments of feeling lost. Join us for an unforgettable evening of Afro Soul & African Jazz! \n\n\n\nBumbuntu Presents InitiativeDuring a guided tour in Khayelitsha\, we met Xhosa Hippie\, a promising artist\, who shared his journey highlighting the challenges he faces in acquiring the necessary resources for his music career. Touched by his story\, the Bumbuntu team has decided to rally behind Thulani and other artists and dedicate their efforts to creating music nights to help them fundraise for the equipment and resources they need to flourish in the music scene. Bumbuntu is dedicated to providing a platform for emerging artists to showcase their talents\, creating a vibrant space where music truly comes to life.
